The Dean of the Faculty of Education at Kaduna State University (KASU), Professor Isah Alhaji Usman, has been conferred with the prestigious title of Research Fellow by the African Forum for Innovative Teachers (AFFIT) in recognition of his outstanding contributions to research, scholarship, educational leadership, and national development.
The conferment ceremony, held in the Faculty of Education, attracted senior university officials, academic staff, and members of the AFFIT delegation, who gathered to celebrate Professor Usman’s remarkable achievements in advancing education and research.
The AFFIT delegation was led by its President, Dr. Ogah Emmanuel, who described the award as one of the Forum’s highest honours, reserved for individuals whose academic excellence, commitment to research, and leadership have significantly influenced the educational landscape.
In his remarks, Dr. Emmanuel highlighted the vision and mission of AFFIT.
