Dr. Muhammad Sani Mukhtar (Goni), born on February 6, 1978, in Ringim, Jigawa State, Nigeria, is a distinguished Islamic scholar, educator, and academic leader. At 46 years old, he serves as the Head of the Department of Arts and Social Sciences Education at Kaduna State University (KASU), where he is a Senior Lecturer.
Dr. Mukhtar’s academic journey includes a PhD in Islamic Studies from Bayero University, Kano (2018), an MA in Islamic Studies from the same institution (2012), and a BA in Islamic Law from Al-Azhar University, Cairo (2001). He also earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from FCE Kano and specialized in teaching Arabic to non-Arabic speakers in Libya.
With over two decades of teaching, research, and supervision experience, Dr. Mukhtar has held academic positions at various institutions, including Jigawa State College of Education and Kaduna State University.
