Dr. Buba holds a PhD in Quantity Surveying from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (2019), an MSc in Construction Project Management from the University of Wolverhampton, UK (2011), and a B.Tech in Quantity Surveying from the Federal University of Technology, Minna (2007). With over a decade of academic and professional experience, he has served as Head of Department, contributed to national and international conferences, and published extensively in peer-reviewed journals.
His research interests include optimizing procurement strategies, lifecycle performance, stakeholder collaboration, and the integration of technology in construction. Dr. Buba is committed to advancing the field of construction through innovative solutions and stakeholder engagement.
