Biography

Dr. Atiyong Bonet Rikichi, an esteemed scholar in Geography and Sustainability Studies, is an Associate Professor specializing in Soil Geography and Environmental Management at the Faculty of Earth Sciences and Sustainability Studies, Kaduna State University. He began his academic journey with a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) in Biology/Geography from Kaduna State College of Education, Gidan Waya, in 1991. His pursuit of excellence continued with a B.Sc. in Geography (1996) and an M.Sc. in Environmental and Resources Planning (2003), both from the University of Jos. Dr. Rikichi earned his Ph.D. in Geography from the University of Ilorin in 2019, with a focus on Soil Geography and Environmental Resources Management.
