The Vice Chancellor of Kaduna State University, , on Monday, 18th May 2026, officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the university’s Centre for Qur’anic and Arabic Studies and the Makkah International Centre for Qur’anic Guidance.


The agreement, titled “Contract Agreement for Execution of Educational Program,” is aimed at strengthening collaboration in Qur’anic and Arabic education, academic development, and educational programmes between both institutions.
During the signing, the Vice Chancellor appreciated the management and representatives of the Centre for the remarkable work they are doing in promoting Qur’anic and Arabic studies. He stressed the importance of giving the partnership proper visibility and advised that a dedicated webpage should be created for the MOU to document its activities, achievements, and future developments.


Prof. Abdullahi Ibrahim Musa also stated that he wants to receive regular updates and hear about new developments concerning the MOU on a daily basis. He encouraged the team to remain committed and focused in order to ensure the success and growth of the partnership. He further advised that if they truly desire to move to the next level and achieve greater progress, they should not allow anyone to dictate their direction or limit their vision.
