With research area that explores the potential of smart transport systems in promoting sustainable development in Nigeria. With rapid urbanization and poor transportation infrastructure, Nigeria faces challenges like congestion, pollution, and poverty. The study assess strategies for adopting smart transport systems, evaluating the current road transport system, identifying potential benefits and challenges, and developing an implementation strategy for the development of Nigerian urban roads.
