Dr. Gabi Baba is a renowned biochemist, researcher, and academician with extensive expertise in malaria parasitology, phytochemistry, and public health. Born on March 3, 1969, in Bida, Niger State, Nigeria, he holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. His research focuses on bio-prospection of medicinal plants for anti-plasmodial activities, ethnobotanical studies, and green synthesis of nanoparticles.
Dr. Baba has contributed significantly to the scientific community through his numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals, addressing critical issues such as renal dysfunction in malaria patients and the pharmacological potential of plant extracts.
