Hajara Abubakar is a graduate from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (BNSc) and a MSc student in the same institution (awaiting external defense). She is Assistant Lecturer, staff of the Department of Nursing Sciences with the task of lecturing undergraduate student nurses, conducting research and community service. She is currently the level coordinator of 100L nursing student. She is also a member of the monitoring and Evaluation committee of the Faculty .Her research interest is maternal and child health nursing, focusing on Essential newborn care knowledge perception and practicses. She is also a resource person at the Center for Energy, Environmental and Strategic Research Institution, Kaduna State University.
