This research focused on identifying effective strategies for preserving local biodiversity, improving ecosystem services, and enhancing sustainability within the university’s environment.

Background to the study:
Kaduna State University faces several biological and ecological challenges, including habitat degradation, loss of biodiversity, and disruptions to local ecosystems. These challenges affect the surrounding environment and the well-being of both students and staff.

Our objective is to develop and implement a comprehensive biological management system that promotes biodiversity conservation, minimizes ecological footprints, and enhances the university’s environmental health.
