KASU SIGNED MoUs WITH SIX NEW PARTNERS

In the bid to actively collaborate with partners in its transformative journey, Kaduna State University (KASU) signed six Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) on Tuesday, 23rd April 2024, at the Faculty of Pharmacy’s Boardroom.

Led by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Abdullahi I. Musa, KASU welcomed partners including AIC Water, AK Football Academy, TREE Care, Ascediq, UFUK, and Ledger Labs.

During the event, the University’s legal adviser, Barr. Abdulmutallab Idris, who prepared the MoUs, presented them to the VC and the representatives of the new partners for signing.

Prof. Musa expressed KASU’s commitment to enhancing its educational environment through such collaborations. He highlighted the ongoing implementation of a new strategic plan and assured the partners of KASU’s dedication to fulfilling its obligations, emphasizing zero tolerance for failure.

Additionally, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of strategy, Innovation, and Service Delivery, Prof. Helen Afang Andow, reiterated the university’s strategic direction which is focused on adding value. She urged the partners to uphold integrity, commitment, dedication, and quality in their collaborations, underscoring the importance of bringing their best efforts to the table.

Prof. H.O Aboh, the Director of KASU CONSULT, told the new partners that they would be directly working with his office and emphasized that the university is progressing rapidly and will not tolerate any form of negligence in the discharge of their duties.

The new partners expressed gratitude to the university for providing such an opportunity and assured KASU of their awareness of its esteemed reputation. They pledged their commitment to the terms and conditions of the collaboration and look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship.

Also during the signing was the Director of KASU Health Services, Dr Umar Muhammad, the S.A. to the VC on Business Development, Dr. Abubakar Abdullahi, among others.
