Our department’s mission is to improve vision and prevent blindness by offering world-class education and healthcare in the field of ophthalmology. We strive to provide comprehensive training, cutting-edge research, and innovative clinical services to meet the growing healthcare needs related to eye health.

With a strong emphasis on both local and international perspectives, we aim to empower students with in-depth knowledge of eye diseases, their treatment, and prevention strategies. The curriculum includes specialized courses in eye anatomy, diseases of the retina, glaucoma, cataracts, pediatric ophthalmology, and refractive surgery, alongside a focus on ethical practice and patient-centered care.
